On-Site Technology Support Service Packages
ESU 2 offers annual, tiered on-site service support packages* for the following LAN projects or trouble ticket issues not resolved via remote access or consultation:
according to the following rates:

- Package prices exclude costs associated with hardware, software, parts, equipment and/or supplies purchases.
- Package prices exclude technician mileage at the current NDE rate for business mileage reimbursement.
- Upon reaching the contacted hours ceiling, school districts with a tier support package may purchase additional hours at the same tier labor rate and are not subject to the per incident per hour rate.*
* ESU 2 Schools/Districts not completing an annual support package agreement are subject to a $65 per incident per hour service charge for on-site local area network support services, as well as technician mileage at the current NDE rate for business mileage reimbursement.
