ESU 2 Administrator Contract

Nebraska Statute LB 470 requires both school superintendents and ESU Administrators to provide contract information by publishing in a newspaper or posting in a prominent location on agency websites.

The board must publish a copy of the contract two days after the meeting at which the contract was approved, along with estimate and description of all costs. Neb .Rev. Stat. § 79-2402(2).
