ESU and School Leadership Teams have a two-day summer planning retreat, during which each has both independent and collaborative meeting times and agendas. During the academic year, cadres and cohorts, whose representatives are comprised of both agency and school professionals, have been established to facilitate communication among special interest professionals and collaboration on mutually beneficial projects.
